Once shipped, most bunnies receive their order within:

• USA: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or weather.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but missing, please contact your local post office first — they often have the most accurate info.

Press‑on nails are considered personal-use items, so once they leave the burrow, they cannot be returned.

But don’t worry — we have policies to keep you safe and confident.

If your nails don’t fit, we’ll replace your set in the correct size for free.
Just send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
